Tailored sessions

Whether your goals are weight loss, muscle gain, strength training, cardiovasular fitness or simply stress relief I can provide 1:1 or 1:2 tailored sessions in the gym, park, workplace or your home.

This will include an initial consultation recording your body composition, detailed diet program, nutrition advice and an exercise program to follow.

These facilities will have a number of fitness machines and gym equipment for us to use, which will help to work different muscles in your body. The fitness machines that we will use help you to stay in shape include: treadmills, cross trainers, weight lifting machines, as well as spinning bikes, rowing machines and many more.

Exercise equipment will be used assist in improving and optimizing your fitness. This equipment is available in a selection of styles with various characteristics to work each part of the your body with your main health and fitness goals in mind.

Your sessions can take place anywhere, which can include the outdoors.

Looking for a Running Partner? in which case I can run alongside you, and set the pace. Based on your fitness levels, I will coach you on the best ways to improve your fitness and running techniques with additional training ideas.

We will use the beautiful outdoor environment as our own outdoor gym area. We will utilise every day objects and areas, which include benches, hills, steps, obstacles, park area apparatus, and much more.

With a combination of your own body weight, and the outdoor enviroment, you'll discover hundreds of different exercises and techniques you can use to get yourself into shape. We also have access to additional equipment which will help include Resistance Bands, Kettlebells, Medicine balls, Boxing Gloves & Pads and more.

There's also the option to train in the comfort of your own home.

I bring the gym to you!

I could train you with no equipment at all if you wish. This kind of training would include Circuit Training / Body Weight style exercises using your own body weight. I can also bring additional equipment such as Boxing Gloves & Pads, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Resistance Bands etc.
