I am a certified level 3 personal trainer based in Exeter and provide services to clients located in Exeter and East Devon and also Teignbridge areas including Teignmouth, Shaldon, Newton Abbot, Starcross, Kenton and Exminster. I specialise in body transformation including fat loss, body toning and conditioning, helping people lose weight, get fit and feel awesome about themselves.

Whether you’re looking for a one on one dedicated personal trainer to get you into shape or whether you’re looking to workout with others in a group fitness class, I will inspire and motivate you to be the best you can, enabling you to reach your fitness goals.

I cater for people of all abilities and experience levels so it doesn’t matter if you’ve never set foot in a gym before as I will design a programme tailored to suit you, helping you achieve things you thought you never could.

I offer my personal trainer services at Snap Fitness gym and One2One in Exeter and other gyms in Dawlish, Teignmouth and Newton Abbot. Alternatively, I can come to your home, whatever you feel most comfortable with! My classes run at various locations and I will be adding more venues in the future.
