I will draw on my expertise as a personal trainer to create a bespoke training plan for your needs.
Each program is tailor-made to suit any motivated individual at any fitness level and involves a combination of training and meal plans. It doesn’t matter where you live or where you train because my online training program is designed specifically for you.
How it works
When you contact me for online coaching I will send you a comprehensive questionnaire to help me understand your personal situation and what your fitness goals are. This will enable me to determine a plan that works for you. You will provide me with details of your previous exercise experience and medical history, but I will also seek to understand what motivates you in the pursuit of your own unique physical excellence. I ask every new client to keep a food diary of exactly what is consumed during the preceding 7 days in order for me to accurately analyse your dietary habits.
I will then create your training program for you within 4 days and send it to you via email. We will then have a 20 minute discussion on the phone or via Skype at a time convenient for you to discuss any questions you might have.
Your personalised training plan includes a 12 weeks of workouts, from resistance training to cardio and active rest sessions designed to ensure you achieve your fitness goals.
I will create a delicious and nutritious meal plan for you to follow. I will make positive changes to your existing dietary habits and will provide Individual supplement recommendations. My objective is to put you on the right track, encouraging lasting healthy eating habits.

4 Week review
Every 4 weeks we will review your progress to date and discuss your thoughts on your training plan to make sure the next 4 week phase is going to keep delivering you results.

Over to you
You MUST be motivated to get the most out of my online personal training. Without the benefit of face to face personal training you will need to be dedicated, disciplined, and focused. You can depend on me to be on hand to offer guidance but ultimately the success of my plan will down to you, how motivated, focused and how closely you follow the plan I have devised for you.
